Since 2023
Two kitchens, one address
PaprikaPie opened on M.G. Road in August 2023 with a simple idea — Safidon should not have to travel to Jind for a proper pizza or a proper dosa. So we built both under one roof: an Italian side turning out pizza, pasta and garlic bread, and a South Indian side working the tawa for dosa and the grill for soya chaap.
How we cook
Nothing sits waiting
Every order goes into the kitchen only after we confirm it with you. Dough, sauces and chutneys are made in-house. The kitchen is 100% vegetarian — no non-vegetarian ingredient enters the building, so there is no question of shared oil or a shared grill.
